Having moved here from Southern California, I was desperately trying to find some good Mexican food. All of the "Mexican" food I've had in Helena so far just did not taste like the food that I grew up with, until I found Jalisco. I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I tasted their carnitas for the first time, and saw not only that it was fried, but that it had delightfully crispy edges! This is going to be my go-to Mexican place, for sure!
Jalisco is some of the best Mexican food in Helena. The street tacos were very good, will have to go back to try other items. Super lucky/ happy to have Jalisco in Helena!
AMAZING! It has been a long time since Helena has had such an amazing restaurant. If you’ve lived in Montana long enough, you know the Taco Bus in Dillon has been the go to. However it’s got company now right here in Helena! Go give it a try and support this amazing place. Thank you Jalisco for bringing some authentic food and culture to this town.

Jalisco Mexican Grill started on August 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We, at Jalisco Mexican Grill think that through rough times, is when the best challenges are to be overcome.
Taking all the precautions and with the experience we have, we thought it was a good idea to start a business. We were sure, we would succeed because we are in a town with amazing people and amazing neighbors.
